The working parts of the mower are the cutting bar, designed for cutting grass, and the planer, designed to flatten the mown mass while laying it in the roll. The cutting bar has 7 rotating rotors on which 2 cutting knives are hinged. The working bodies of the conditioner are the upper and lower rollers. Moreover, the upper roller is movable, mounted on two spring-loaded levers hinged to the sides of the housing. The degree of flattening depends on the force on the springs and is regulated by nuts, and this design avoids damage due to stones entering the mechanism. The wings are designed to form a roll and are mounted on the sides of the conditioner hinged, which allows you to adjust the width of the roll depending on agronomic conditions and requirements. Moving the wings in one direction or another, change the width of the roll, the wings are fixed with bolts.
