The three-axle bogie of the 18-9902 model, is intended for rolling under six-axle dump cars (dump cars) of industrial transport for operation on industrial railway tracks of the enterprises, quarries of a track of 1520 mm.
The design of the bogie provides its operation in the conditions defined by climatic execution "In", category of placement 1 according to GOST 15150 with ensuring operational reliability in the range of air temperatures from minus 50 to plus 45 C.
Reliability of bogies in the conditions and modes of operation, should be characterized by the following values of indicators:
- assigned service life of the cart, not less than - 15 years;
- assigned service life from construction to the first depot repair of carts - 1 year;
- assigned service life from construction to the first overhaul - 5 years;
- gamma-percentage (90%) service life of cast side frames and oversprung beams - 15 years.
