   Cast parts Side frame 6407-20.00.101 and Beam 6407-10.00.101 are developed to order of JSC "Plant of a metalwork" Engels for use in two-axle three-element bogie  JSC "ZIKSTO"  models 18-9918.  

   Production of these cast parts is mastered by JSC "Balakovo-Centrolit".

  Cast parts with index 6407 are designed for use in two-axle three-element bogies  models 18-9918 which are intended for operation as a part of freight cars on the main railways of a track of 1520 mm. . The trolleys are suitable without restrictions for operation on the entire network of 1520 mm railways of the Republic of Kazakhstan, CIS countries, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Georgia, and also have the ability to be used on 1435 mm gauge railways.

   The side frame 6407-20.00.101 and the Beam 6407-10.00.101 were designed and put into production in 2021.

These are the first in the CIS details of the two-axle bogie type 2 of GOST 9246 (with axial loading of 23,5 ts)  which meet the stringent requirements at the same time "Standards for the design of freight cars ... 1996." and GOST 33211-14.

   All analogue bogies in the CIS were put into production before the introduction of GOST 33211-14, ie until 2014 and thus were designed and tested without taking into account the more stringent requirements for strength and reliability of current regulations.
