   The stand is designed for testing in accordance with STP 03.01-001:2023 and CV-CL-0013 of the main part 270.023-1 and main part 483M.01, which are installed on air distributor No. 483MK and its analogues.

      The project of the stand was developed by order of LLC "MZ "KVIK" in Zaporizhia.

   The test bench of main and main parts of air distributors of the model series 483 of the SVMG.483MK model is intended for testing in accordance with STP 03.01-001:2023 and CV-CL-0013 of the main part 270.023-1 and the main part 483M.010, which are installed on the air distributor M.3 and its analogues No. 48

The test stand is a complex high-tech device. It combines a mechanical system of clamping test objects, a pneumatic test system and an electronic control system.

   The pneumatic system consists of modern compact modules with electronic control: a pneumatic island containing a pressure regulator and electromechanical distributors, an air preparation unit, relays, pressure sensors and pneumatic cylinders.

 The automated control system consists of lower-level devices in the form of pressure sensors and pneumatic distributors. Pneumatic distributors are designed to control air flows and fill the chambers and tanks of the test product, followed by monitoring the product's performance parameters through pressure measurements   at various control points. 
  The middle level is a process control unit in the form of a PLC and input/output modules. It ensures the switching of air distributors and the reading of pressure values in strict accordance with the established testing algorithm. And primary processing of received data for transfer to the upper level of the system.
  The upper level is a 15' touch panel operator with a graphical interface based on the operating system. The testing process is controlled from the graphical interface. The output data is formed in the form of ready-made forms of test protocols, with entered characteristics. An archive of tests has also been implemented, where you can find information about already conducted tests and, if necessary, print a report document.
